📦 Processing & Handling Times
- Hair Accessories & Tools: Processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.
- Wigs & Custom Units: To ensure the highest quality check, premium wig units are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.
- Please note: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.
⏱️ Estimated Delivery Windows
Once your order has been handed off to our shipping carriers, your estimated arrival times are as follows:
- United States: 15-18 business days.
- Canada: 15-18 business days.
- Please note that these are estimates. Customs processing, weather, or peak holiday seasons may occasionally cause slight delays.
🗺️ Tracking Your Order
The moment your order ships, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing your tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking status to update on the carrier's portal. [1]
⚠️ Address Changes & Delivery Issues
- Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot change the shipping address once your package has been dispatched.
- Lost Packages: Wigs by Geneane is not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but misplaced by the recipient, nor are we responsible for customs fees or import taxes incurred during international shipping.
